Contacts & Groups

Solo and Solo+ accounts can only message themselves — there's no contact picker to manage, since you're the only possible recipient. Together, Together+, and Teams accounts get a full Contacts page: add a name and phone number, and — for anyone other than yourself — that contact needs to go through the same phone verification described in Getting started before messages will be considered deliverable to them (Teams contacts are exempt, since they're often bulk-imported client or team lists).

Groups (Together, Together+, and Teams) let you save a set of contacts under one name, so you can pick the whole group as a message's recipient instead of selecting people one at a time.

Bulk import and bulk delete for contacts and groups are available on Teams plans only.
