Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using textmetoo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What the Service does

textmetoo lets you schedule text messages to yourself or to contacts you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone numbers you add and for having the right to message the people you add as recipients.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use textmetoo to:

  • Send unlawful, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent messages
  • Message people who haven't agreed to receive texts from you
  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing messages
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service

5. SMS messaging & consent

Message and data rates may apply to the phone numbers you and your recipients use. Anyone you add as a recipient should have agreed to receive text messages from you before you add them. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages sent through the Service.

6. Early access

textmetoo is in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the Service may have bugs or interruptions. We'll do our best to give notice of major changes.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. textmetoo is not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered messages, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
