• Message content: the text, schedule, and recipients you set up
• Basic usage data needed to operate the Service (e.g. sign-in timestamps)

We use this information only to operate the Service: to send the messages you schedule, keep your account secure, and provide support if you contact us. We don't sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your data or your contacts' data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Phone numbers you add are used solely to deliver the messages you create. Recipients can reply STOP to a message at any time to opt out of future texts sent through the Service. Message and data rates may apply.

We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers we rely on to run textmetoo (e.g. hosting and SMS delivery), and only as needed to provide the Service.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as described below.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. We do not otherwise sell, rent, or transfer your SMS opt-in or consent status to any third party, including affiliates or business partners, for any purpose unrelated to delivering the campaign you signed up for.

We keep your account and message data for as long as your account is active. You can delete contacts, messages, or your entire account at any time from within the app.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

textmetoo isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post any changes on this page.
