For businesses
Stop losing appointments to no-shows.
Your clients don't need to download anything. They just get a text — from you.
Consent & privacy
Texts nobody has to wonder about.
One reply confirms it.
When you add someone as a contact, they get a one-time text asking them to confirm. They reply YES, and that's it — no account, no app to install.
Reply STOP, anytime — takes effect immediately.
Anyone receiving messages, including you, can end them at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.
We don't sell or share phone numbers.
Numbers are used to send the messages you schedule — never for advertising, and never handed to anyone else.
Standard messaging rates may apply.
textmetoo doesn't add its own charges, but your carrier's normal text messaging rates still apply, same as any other text.
Registered with US carriers.
textmetoo is a verified sender under the carriers' 10DLC program, which exists to keep spam and scam texts out of your inbox.
Texting in uses one throwing stick.
Setting something up, asking for help, and stopping messages each use one throwing stick from your plan — but our replies back to you never cost anything extra.
Common questions
Do I get my own phone number for my business?
Yes — Teams plans include a dedicated phone number, so texts to your clients come from a number that's only yours, never shared with anyone else's reminders.
Can my team members each have their own login?
Yes. Teams plans support multiple seats with role-based access, so your staff can manage their own clients without seeing everyone else's.
Does client consent work the same way as for personal contacts?
Yes — every client number has to confirm in (reply YES) before they receive reminders, and can reply STOP at any time, exactly like the consumer product's consent rules.
